Our advanced production painting technology will help preserve the aesthetic appearance of your wooden product for years.

We recommend using protective oils for thermally treated wood, exotic species, and larch to maintain their decorative properties and color. Typically, we use tinted oils as they offer better protection against UV radiation, which causes wood to fade. Tinted oil penetrates deep into the wood and crystallizes, protecting the wood from the inside. It is recommended to reapply oil to the facade board every 5-7 years and every 2 years to the terrace. 

Before applying the coating, the board must be sanded on a calibration-grinding machine to achieve the necessary roughness. Interlayer drying and intermediate sanding are a mandatory condition for proper coating. In some cases, at the customer's request, the ends of the product are covered with wax in addition to oil. After applying the final layer, the board undergoes drying and packaging. 

We use the latest products from leading global manufacturers for coating and, most importantly, products that have been tested on our projects for years. This will protect you from the consequences of choosing the wrong coating product.

Steps for applying coating:

1. Calibration and preliminary sanding to achieve the necessary roughness
2. Application of the first layer of oil on an automatic pass-through machine or manually. Treatment of the back side and ends. Drying
3. Interlayer sanding (polishing)
4. Application of the second and subsequent layers. Drying
5. Packaging.

Certificates and acts of fireproof treatment are required for public facilities using wooden products that must be submitted to the state inspection. We can provide these documents. Possible fire hazard classes are KM1-KM5. We will select the necessary fireproof composition for your project, treat the wooden products, and prepare documentation with the provision of a mandatory license for the  project. 

3. Thermal treatment and planing of lumber services.

We offer thermal treatment and planing services for production companies and carpentry workshops.

The cost of thermal treatment is 12,000 rubles/cubic meter. The cost includes:

• Unloading
• Size and humidity measurements
• Loading into the thermal treatment chamber
• Gradual drying to the required humidity at a gentle temperature
• Thermal treatment
• Unloading
• Palletizing
• Loading

Requirements for lumber: moisture content not exceeding 12%.

The cost of planing is 6,000 rubles/cubic meter (upon entry). The cost includes:

• Unloading
• Measurements
• Calibration of lumber
• Planing of lumber
• Palletizing
• Stretch/heat-shrink wrapping (additional service)
• Loading

The cost is for standard profiles available in stock. For non-standard products, the cost includes making planing knives (also available at our production facility).
